That is packing pretty light considering you're going on a week long shoot! And no film camera to back-up your digital back-up body, I'm impressed. Have a great time in the Windy City!
Try to see Grant Park if you get a chance, I think that's the one with the new huge sculptures, they look impressive online at least.
