I figured out how to do this: Plummer's Polka

Well, we tried our best to play it, but it just didn't feel polka-ish to us.
After Bob started to walk away, he turned around and told us that he "Didn't think it was a polka after all, it might be a schottische..."
Look for it in Bob's Book 13 to see what Bob's final decision will be.
