Just read this on Online Photographer: Bruce Fraser passed away yesterday. The news that he was seriously ill, from lung cancer, had hit the photo blogs the day before.
For those who might not know, Bruce Fraser was the most influential Photoshop and digital photography writer and teacher in the business. He wrote many of the Real World Photoshop series, and most of us owe our understanding of color management and raw processing to him. He was an entertaining and erudite speaker. His passing is a great loss to the community.
