Don't you hate it when a tech support person says that? We appear to be starting on another adventure into a "crashes for no apparent reason" saga, this time with Expressions Media 2. I cannot transfer image files from one catalog to another without causing the application to crash. Reliably. Every single time (which is a plus, not one of those, "only doesn't work when no one is looking" problems.)
